Global HRIS System Manager / Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone to strengthen our team as a Global HRIS System Manager / Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
You will serve as our internal technical point-of-contact and participate in or lead international HRIS projects and the further development and deployment of our HRIS / SAP Success Factors implementation.
- Manage the implementation of HRIS upgrades and fixes, and ensure review and testing.
- Contribute to the design of business and HR processes and implement them in our HR systems.
- Coordinate global activities like Performance Review, Merit Increase, Talent Review processes in cooperation with the regional HR Directors and Managers.
- Advise and support our national and international HR colleagues and maintain Super Admin and General Admin documentation for all processes of the HRIS system.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HR systems. Train global HR administrators and users in appointed regions.
- Support the Global VP of HR with ad-hoc and monthly reporting and data analysis.
What do you bring with you:
Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite in a similar role or as consultant
- Hands-on mentality and drive to
- You have in-depth knowledge of human resources processes in a global organization
- You are characterized by good communication skills and a strong customer orientation
- You speak fluent English and can preferably speak another foreign language
- This is a truly Global role reporting to the Global VP of HR and designed as a part-time function with the option to work from home. Depending on your skill-set and interests, responsibility for other HR systems or processes could be added.
